Levelsys Module

Bases:
Cog- async levelsysdev(ctx)
Toggle dev mode for the levelsys cog. When enabled, the cog will operate in the dev server instead of the main server.
- async rank(ctx, member: Member = None)
Display your rank card showing your level and CXP progress.
- async top_level(ctx)
Display the level leaderboard for the server.

Update the levelsys database schema to match the current version.

Set a user’s CXP to a specific amount. This will automatically calculate their level based on the new CXP.
